At Kalpana Mehta’s Jumbish Society for Wellbeing, we are committed to providing you with a positive shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are here to help you with any cancellations or refunds. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Order Cancellation

Cancelling Before Shipment:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, please email us at support@jumbishsociety.org with your order details.
- If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the item is shipped, we will do our best to process the cancellation, though it may not always be possible.

Cancelling After Shipment:
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return (see below).
Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items can be returned within 10 days of receipt if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@jumbish.org with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, and digital downloads, are not eligible for returns.
Refunds

Refund Process:
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:
- In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged due to customer misuse, or missing parts).

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund after the stated time, please first check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@jumbish.org.
