- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking details.
Shipping Carriers:
- We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your items. Depending on your location, we will choose the best available shipping partner.
Delivery Times:
- Domestic Deliveries: Typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
- International Deliveries: May take 10-15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Shipping Costs:
- Domestic Shipping: Free for orders above INR 1,000. A flat fee of INR 50 will be charged for orders below this amount.
- International Shipping: Charges vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Important Shipping Notes
Customs and Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Jumbish Society for Wellbeing is not liable for any additional charges incurred during the shipping process.
Delayed or Lost Shipments: If you experience a delay or your package seems lost, please contact us at support@jumbish.org. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
